LEADER + SHEEP

Thinking about these two words i got here, it came across my mind that it’s the genuineness and sincerity that made these two words go together.

I would humbly refer my title to our Heavenly Father as the Leader and we (the people) are the sheep. When a herd of sheep wander in green pastures, a leader or a shepherd will be there to guide them. He/she is responsible for the sheep (the people). A Shepherd (LEADER) would take good care of the sheep and would not allow any of them to be harmed. Will lead them in their ways and will let them return home safely after. He/She will inspire and encourage the sheep to look for more greener pasture for the sheep to feed on. He or she is confident where the sheep could eat and will be a confidant in times of wolf attack (struggles). The sheep knows the voice and heart of their Shepherd (LEADER) and would only submit themselves willingly if they’re pure enough. 

In other words, leadership for me never differs from being sacred. Because we all have it, its one of the marvelous gifts God gave to us.

Today in modern days, we often are mistaken to think “LEADER” as a power gained to take advantage of. We could only appreciate the meaning of it, if we could live with love, generousity, enthusiastic soul, assertive of everything, an achiever with good morale, dedicated, effective, always responsible and a respectful person. With these some up traits, we could say we are a LEADER of our own. But o well, some due aspects in life we face the literal leaders we usually meet in our everyday lives and be part of them. Just like your MOTHER, FATHER, ELDER SIBLINGS, ELDER RELATIVES at home and in school there you have what we called Teachers, Class or School Presidents, and Principals. For our working glories there you meet future Giants and eventually you will become as one. 

Being an effective leader it takes a lot of responsibility to give in and as well to give up. For our nursing profession, you are obliged to influence one or more people to achieve specific goals in the provision of nursing care of one or more patients. It is a multidimensional process. But let’s make everything in an easy way, where we only have to do first is acknowledge the Presence of the giver of this Leadership gift. This is, to ask directions on how to become an effective leader. Not anyone of us can make this possible without doing the first step which is praying. Even if you use all the the leadership styles and yet you skip the first step, then you will eventually become a mislead leader. Admit it! So never forget the first step, that makes you understand the title “LEADER + SHEEP (us). Let us lead our life to become a HAPPY SHEEP. *_*

DASHER.

Today is my supposed 1st rest day of the week and definitely spent it super funfunfun.

I finally have met DASHER! *clapclap*

My BESTFRENEMY's new puppy. Its amazing because, the puppy easily got attached to his new comrade. And whenever Reggie goes, Baby Dasher will always follows. Such a cutey pie. We brought dasher to Reggie's  mom's office and there his mom decided to immediately bring Dashy to the vet for his vaccines, which is a clever action to took care of.

What is a Photogenic?

Yesternight, our Uncle asked us to join him at Mindanao Sanitarium and Hospital College for their Mr. & Ms. Ambassador 2012 and as well to award the Mr. & Ms. Photogenic. For me, it was already my second time to do this awarding-part of a pageant event being sponsored by our Uncle. While for my sister, it was her very first which she nailed it with confidence at once.

One of the most important part of this event was to prepare what to wear. So many fusses were expected but what can we do? This is already an opportunity to be able to attend this kind of exposure thru our Uncle Santi and so we grabbed it right away.

Despite my dark skin, which i had since our water safety down to this Palakasan softball practices and finally mardi gras street showdown which started like 1 pm where Mr. Sunshine was at its peak of smiling widely over  us.

 We wore our twinsy floral jumpsuit given by our Mama, and it was our first time to wear it. We only had talc for our faces to blemished-out the oiliness and lipstick to give life a little bit in our aura. We're not the girly-girl type to know how to make our selves presentable. tsss. So this look has been already in a greater effort, take note! Hahaha.

Once again, Congratulations to the winners and may you guys bring your title to the fullest. :))

Reminiscence amid the year 12'.

So then on, I am again gobbling the time to use the expressway of my life in cyberspace before i shutdown for busy-mode. So, its been like a year already since i posted something interesting about my daily-dose of happiness and crying-part of sadness. A lot of things or events happened in me, that it could prolly took me an entire month of typing it all here.

Nevertheless, here some highlights from my short-term memory (significant randoms things for sure) for the mean time, just all recently this year:



Last January 08, 

I was invited by Ma'am Chai to participate on my first exposure as a volunteer for Red Cross, "Sendong Operation" somewhere upper part of *Lambaguhon ( 2nd to the most afflicted areas in Iligan of typhoon Sendong).

So like in every volunteer program, celebrities and news-anchors were very much supportive in giving their contributions of all necessities for the survivors. Among them was the TV-5 reporter Cheryl Cosim. (idk, if you're familiar with her, but she was once a kapamilya and then x-girlfriend of the very controversial host Willie Revillame.)

I love this new song of BEYONCE. Im thinking that she did this vid, long time ago before her 1st trimester. Coz, if you notice on this music video she's wearing like 2-3 inches heels or much more higher than mentioned, and she's dancing and did all the groovy thung. I doubt her baby will survive with all those booty shakes and jumping steps. ~_~

But am so happy, she's now soon to be a mom. :) Love you Beyonce. :DDD

actually right now, i must be really practicing my math problems. But, here i am infront of this very wide screen with unlimited source of procrastination, if you can mention all. I dunno how to cut this savoring moment of internet surfing and just focus on what is needed to be. ~__~

730 am math2 class, we will be having our 1st final quiz as of tom and right now am about to play tetris challenge with a friend. Fantastic. I hope i cansolve my math problem, just like how i solve tetris puzzle!! EEER.

one day of found happy friends.

One afternoon, i was home earlier than my mom expected me to arrive. The whole details about this is kinda uncertain for it is like, it has been 2 years since this photos come alive. I only got a few crystal pictures in mind, about this wonderful event of meeting this kids. Perhaps, i remembered i was all peacefully alone when i met them. From then on, i was a new member of their group for an hour. ;)

Being accompanied with youngster, will bring you to good memories of how you were once, like them. 

Am wondering and looking back to this fun memories that i realize after watching this photo, i've had never ever got that chance to meet or even bump into them again. I only got one day to be-friend with this happy creatures. Kamusta naka ha ning mga bat-ana? XD Hahahaha.

Even...

Who said that only raising a child is the hardes thing to do? What about raising a brother/sister? Yuuh, you read it right. Raising a sib, your own sib. And the difficult part of which, you're raising an Adolescent Brother.

I've been really a strict sister to my brother. Strict to everything i believe that could invite him to danger. But he's soulfully insist-able kind of person (Rebellious stage) . I want to stop his attitude of being such a pain-in the ass. He's graduating student from Elementary, yet has very poor performances at school. I don't know what to do, what i can atleast contribute as a sister, or even just like his buddy. :(

But i guess, the turning point is really to seek help from the Lord God above. He is the only one who can fathom my brother's behaviour.  I cannot change my brother's angst about everything, i cannot perfectly explain everything to him about, which is not right and which is good. Cause, even i, myself, has flaws about everything at his age. But, he's diff. He's still a little boy, and yet acting older than his age. He positioned himself to be righteous when he talked back. Disappointing.

Now, before going to bed, i really pray for my bro's attitude. I cannot change him. No one can ever change him, except to one person, and it is God.. My faith is in you Lord. Help me, my mom and dad and sister to deal with my Bro's attitude. I really hope that for the coming New Year, everything will put to phase of improvement and always in God's control.

I love my bro. so much. :) So much, that i think of him, as my child. :)

My classmates and some friends from other blocks are staying in here at NR6, a computer lab. here at CON building. Our instructor is so go with the flow and super kind enough for us to watch movie, HP7.

Actually, its being played right now, and i didn't pay attention because, il gonna watch it later at home. Weeee. :) So right now, am going to study first my MATH2. Hopefully il be ready to answer it during my required time. This actually a special quiz. Hehehehe. :)

And it seems, only this site is not being blocked here at school, so il make use of this to rant everything that are happening on me atm. :) Beside me is Laurice, she's making our pair work in MCN. Be back to you later.

Am so happy to know, that i got passed one of my subject course this prelim. Thank you so much God. :) I passed Nutri this prelim. Hopefully, in pharma too and MCN and my two other subjects. :) Hehehe. Am so well grounded of God's love, that im so inspired to do more good things in His Name.

Today is actually a hero day for the magnificent brave warrior, one of the Phil. Hero, next to Dr. Jose Rizal, "ANDRES BONIFACIO".

These day's supposed to be a HOLIDAY, but, due to some you know, make-up classes. Still have to go to school. But, its ok though. Hehehehe. Anyway, i can't hold on to this blog this long, coz it's already 8:22 am and am gonna hit the shower now. :) My class will starts at 9. Hihihihiiihi...

my mind is at rest. Time to get up, very high.

IDK. But yuuh, i was actually depriving myself to really study very hard most of the time. During at school, am planning  and organizing my time on what priorities i need to start of when i get home. Really very determined to manage my time, but yet failed. :(

Thank you God, for a very understanding mother, who just let me do my school works first than just giving her a little amount of help to our chores. Seeeeee, she's the best. She won't force me to help, but just want me to do my school stuffs first.

I got plenty of time, really. But my mind won't absorb or just accept the foreign words i've read. It seems, my mind needs a lot of time to adjust these foreign words. :( I don't know what's wrong? It's the time or what? Actually, i already have the time, but the motivation? i guess that was missing! @#%@#$@

I mostly pray to the Lord, but it seems my faith has slowly fades away. Maybe of too much worries, no mind set and all. My mind won't just literally work. As in!!!!!!!! I've already spent my 2 weeks of this sem, and i don't have any acknowledgement of my performances. It's really lame. I got, very very poor participation and low self-esteem. High-pressurized. It's like, am on a pressure cooker machine, to be exaj!

Hopefully, i hope ill get credits next week, before this month ends. Im still positive to new development. I know, i really am can also do it!!!! To be a topnotcher during long quizzes. :> And most of all, i can pass all my subjects on this sem. Lord, your will be done. :D (deep breathing) AJA!
